My wheel is scratched, it has curb damage (gutter rash) can you repair this?Yes, we can repair your wheel to look like new using the latest repair machines and advanced painting and powder coating techniques.

What is the wheel repair process?A typical wheel repair will be processed in five steps: 1 – At first, we carefully remove the tyre using specialised equipment to not cause further damage. 2 – All dirt and brake dust are removed using jet-wash so as to reveal the defects. 3 – Scratches and gutter rashes are removed using our state-of-art CNC equipment. 4 – Following this, our spray-painting team apply any finish required using a spraying and baking process. 5 – Lastly, the wheel is re-fitted and balanced with the tyre to your vehicle ensuring great results every time.

Can you match the color of my wheel?Yes we can! If there is any issue, we will let you know upfront, but in most cases we can match the existing colour of your wheel using computerized colour matching technology.

I want to paint my wheels a new colour, can you help me out?Yes. We will help you to select the right shade (over 5,000 colour patterns to choose from). Then, our team will take the tyre off and strip the wheel of its old finish. After its surface is cleaned and any curb damage is removed (if any), the wheel gets painted inside and out – if you changing from silver to black, there will be no more silver on that wheel. Lastly, we will re-mount and balance your tyre.

Do you Power Coat wheels?Yes, we use both powder coating and professional spray paint to achieve durable finishes every time. We create the smoothest finish in the market with long-lasting results.

Can you re-finish 3-part or 2-piece wheels to look like new?Yes we can, but in some cases the shape of the wheel does not always allow us to do exactly what was done originally at the factory. When we see your wheels, we will let you know what is possible.

Can you custom machine wheel offset?Yes, we have the right tools and expert professions to get the right custom offset machining every time. Please contact us for more information.

Do you re-drill bolt/lug holes to change the bolt pattern?Yes, we have the most skilled team to give you the best custom drilling results (drilling a new bolt pattern or re-drilling bolt pattern on the top of the original holes).

Can you widen the centre bore or shave down the hub?Yes. We have the right combination of specialized equipment and experienced team for centre bore machining. Please contact us for more information.

I cracked my wheel. Can it be welded?Yes. Our fully accredited and highly trained engineers know the ins and outs of how to repair your cracked wheel and bring it back to a safe driving condition. Please contact us for more information.

My wheel is bent, do you repair bent (buckled) alloy wheels/Rims?Yes, we have an experienced team to do the job properly and ensure your wheel meets factory specifications.

Will your straightening process damage the finish of my wheel?If your wheel is bent on the inner barrel, then this is the area of the wheel that we will fix and we will not have to touch the face, which means no damage to the finish. If your wheel is bent on the spoke side or lip, then you may see discolouration. This discolouration is only cosmetic and not structural so you can leave it alone or decide to have it cosmetically refinished for an additional charge (we do not re-chrome).
